  • Classical Cecchetti syllabus which is the basis of all other dance styles. Ballet has been around for centuries and is still developing new ways to grow. Here at 7Attitudes we focus on a specific style of ballet called Cecchetti which is specialized at the National Ballet School of Canada located in Toronto. Cecchetti is integrated with bar exercised, center work and across the floor studies. This style is mandatory for all competitive dancers and is highly recommended to for beginners.

  • Upbeat style with various styles from classical to modern. Jazz has a huge reputation for being the most popular style of dance. It gets your entire body moving and highly focuses on musicality and stylization. This class has a huge focus on flexibility, stamina and rhythm.

  • Dancing to the beat! Tap is all about creating the music with your feet! Such a fun and energetic class, we offer basics all the way to advance. Making sure everyone has a place to start.

  • Mix of dance and gymnastic.This style has continuously grown through out the years. Working on tricks and tumbles with mats and progressing to do these tricks on the ground while turning it into a routine. Great experience for beginners looking to start gymnastics. More challenging style but very fun form of dance.

  • Creativity and Uniqueness are the words of the modern age. These styles are highly focused for older age groups who have developed a sense of style and individuality. Using basic body movements to form new ways to move while using expression and creativity.

  • Storytelling at its best! Lyrical is a form of dance that mixes ballet and jazz. We like to describe it as technical dancing to slower music. Once the movements are developed and sculpted, music and movement tell a story.

  • Fun, exciting, energetic! Hip Hop has been around for ages, finding expression through a more loose fitted movement. Fun and upbeat tempo that works around very popular set of music.

  • Broadway at its finest! You heard it here. Musical Theatre is all about stage presence. Taking songs from famous plays, broadway shows or even musical movies. It starts with jazz technique basis and mashes it together with lip-syncing. Such a fun a new style!
