7Attitudes is home to an incredibly talented team of award-winning dancers ages 2 to 18. Our goal is to develop strong foundations, technique and performance skills in a team environment that promotes self-confidence, self-esteem, dedication, creativity and teamwork. Our competitive dance programs are for dancers with previous dance experience who love dancing, love to perform, love to accomplish personal goals and love to be a part of a team!

The Competitive-Level Program

We offer multiple competitive dance levels so that dancers who love to dance have the opportunity to create lasting memories and friendships that dancers, their families and their teachers will remember forever! Dancers can be invited or audition successfully to join one of our part-time or full-time teams.

Our competitive program is structured around growing and training well rounded dancers in all disciplines of dance and performance. Company dancers take weekly choreography and technique classes in their core program which includes jazz, ballet and full team choreographies. Then they can add other styles and routines if they’re available for their age group and level.

The competitive dancer core program is designed to promote a dancer’s confidence, foster trust and teamwork, all while having tons of fun! Musicality, stage presence, collaboration, teamwork and creative expression are all skills that enhance a dancer’s performance in all of  the other styles of dance. This special combination of classes and styles develop the dancer’s technical ability, athleticism and artistic thinking.

Every dancer’s individual progression and growth are important to us. Each season we consider every single dancer individually to set the perfect program where they can excel technically and personally.

Each year, our recreational teachers and directors are watching for:

  • self-motivated dancers who want to challenge themselves to be better each class!

  • self-evaluating dancers who can use feedback and corrections to improve!

  • dancers developing solid technique and performance skills!

  • enthusiastic participants who are fun to teach and dance with!

  • reliable dancers with great attendance who come to class on time and are always prepared!

  • respectful dancers who demonstrate respect for their peers, teachers, parents/guardians and the studio itself!

  • friendly dancers who encourage and support fellow dancers and teammates!

  • dedicated dancers who work to be the best dancers they can be!
